Boy Leaves Gift of Gatorade for Mailman Friend

On a hot day, the job of a mailman can be an especially tough one—and eight-year-old Carmine McDaniel wanted to make sure his friend Henry Bailey, their neighborhood mailman, stayed cool and hydrated. He left a cooler filled with Gatorade and water bottles out on their front step, and Henry's reaction was recorded on the family security camera. "Oh man, water and Gatorade," Henry said when he saw the surprise. "Thank God, thank you." Now, Carmine's mom says that "Carmine feels that it's his 'duty' to pack the cooler … so that Bailey will have a cool beverage waiting for him even if [they're] not home."
