Rent-A-Mom
Nina Keneally wants to share her motherly experience and encouragement with you, if you live in New York. Her target audience is young adult professionals who are trying to make it in the big city. She says, "Many of [the young adults I work with] do have loving mothers and fathers, but they don't understand how it is to live in a city and keep your dreams and aspirations together. It takes a lot out of you." The cost for her advice $40 an hour, but she did say she has a sliding scale because she has a soft heart for these "kids." One woman who contacted Keneally wants Keneally "to sit with her while she cleans out her closet and offer 'non-judgmental' advice on what to keep and what to toss."
Possible Preaching Angle:
It is amazing what a little encouragement, advice, and even a listening ear can do for people. It is also amazing the lengths that people will go to have these things.
