A 700-Year-Old Display of Affection

Excavations in the small village of Hallaton in Leicestershire, England have uncovered 11 skeletons from the Middle Ages. All were interesting finds, but one pair of bodies stood out. The skeletal couple, as reported by ABC News, was holding hands, and believed to have been resting that way for at least 700 years.
