Will the Owner of Three Unattended 747s Please Come Claim Them?

In a slightly ironic twist, a country made infamous for losing entire airplanes is now trying to get rid of them. The administration of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Malaysia placed a "bizarre" newspaper ad requesting the owners of three Boeing 747 airplanes apparently abandoned at the airport to come claim them. "If you fail to collect the aircraft within 14 days of the date of this notice, we reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the aircraft" read the airport's advertisement. Airport manager Zainol Mohd Isa said that the planes could have been abandoned for a number of reasons, including a lack of capital to sustain operations. Rather than dealing with the losses and owning up to the responsibility, the owners likely left town.

Possible Preaching Angle:

Unfortunately, life doesn't always present an escape option from our difficulties—but God does present us with a way through them.
