Actress Admits Her Greatest Fear—Boredom

In a recent (2014) Rolling Stone interview, actress and comedienne Melissa McCarthy confesses that since childhood she's had a recurring nightmare. In the nightmare, McCarthy is running away from a train conductor in striped overalls who is holding a pig's head. The weird dream prompted the interviewer to ask if she's still running from something today. Her husband Ben Falcone chimed into the interview, "I know. Boredom."

McCarthy bobbed her head in agreement. "I don't like to be bored," she added. "All this fun stuff could be over in a flash, so I'm constantly burning it as fast as I can. I have freaky energy. I'm a doer! I'm a builder! I'm a worker bee!"
