Introduction

· If we know our riches in Christ, we won't have to search for them.
· We might have head knowledge about God's gifts to us, but do we have heart knowledge of the treasures God has given us?
We must know the hope of our calling.

· When the eyes of our heart have no understanding, we see no hope.

We must know the riches of his inheritance.
· Ephesians 1:18
· He is our inheritance; we are his inheritance.
· We will be glorified in him, and he will be glorified in us.
· God deals with us based on our future in him, not our past.
We must know the greatness of his power.
· There are four words in verses 19-20 that speak of God's power.
- Dunamis, the word "power"from which we get dynamite and dynamic.
- Energia, the word "working" means the energizing force of the Holy Spirit.
- Kratos, the second word for "power" refers to God's dominion and control.
- Ischus, the word "mighty" refers to endowed power.

· This same power that wouldn't allow Jesus to remain in the grave will not allow God's promises to us to be broken.
We must know the supremacy of his authority.
